Geetha (Deepti Sati) is a medical student who is completing in-depth research on split personality disorder. When she meets Raja, she is intrigued by his condition. She decides to help him overcome his disorder.

As Geetha gets to know Raja better, she falls in love with him. Raja too falls in love with Geetha, but he is afraid of his violent side. He does not want to hurt her.

When Raja's enemies attack Geetha, he is forced to confront his violent side. He must now decide whether to give in to his anger or to protect the woman he loves.

Rajamartanda is a story about love, overcoming adversity, and finding redemption.
