OMG 2 is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film about sex education in Indian schools, written and directed by Amit Rai. It is a spiritual sequel to OMG – Oh My God! (2012), and stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Yami Gautam.
The film follows the story of Kanti Sharan Mudgal (Pankaj Tripathi), a devout shopkeeper at a Hindu Shiva temple in Ujjain. One day his son, Vivek, is blamed for immoral conduct and chucked out of school. Upon confrontation, Kanti realizes that his son has been a victim of misinformation and misguidance. He then decides to sue the school for damages, arguing that they have defamed Hinduism by teaching their students that Lord Shiva is a sex god.
The film also stars Yami Gautam as Kamini Maheshwari, a lawyer who agrees to represent Kanti in his case. Arun Govil reprises his role from the first film as Principal Atal Nath Maheshwari, the headmaster of the school.
OMG 2 was released on August 11, 2023, to positive reviews from critics. It has grossed over ₹107 crore worldwide in its first five days.
